Bed & Breakfast Tariff - Denehurst Guest House in Windermere, English Lake District, UK

Rates are per person per night based on 2 adults sharing a double/twin en-suite room with breakfast from our full breakfast menu and refreshments on arrival.

Standard Room	£28 - £34 per person per night
Superior Room	£32 - £38 per person per night
Four Poster Room	£36 - £42 per person per night

Single supplement	£15 per night on above rates

Please note: A minimum of 2 nights stay is required at weekends and 3 night minimum stay at Bank Holidays.

Children aged 12-14 charged 50% of adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults. We welcome children 12 years and over.

We offer discounts for stays of 3 nights or more. Please ask for more details.

Special Occasion:

Should your stay with us be for a special occasion, we can arrange for champagne, hand made chocolates or flowers to be in your room on arrival.

Let us book a table for you at one of the many excellent local restaurants. Just let us know what you like and we’ll do the rest. We do have an overview of some restaurants which we can send to you to help you choose.

Our Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of you cancelling your booking with us, the following charges may apply:

Should you cancel your booking 7 days or less before your arrival date, you are still liable to pay for the room in full, regardless of the reason for cancelling.
Should you not show at all or curtail your stay the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Charges will apply unless we can relet the room.
If you choose to pay by Credit Card we will charge
a 2.5% fee on the amount.
This is due to transaction charges beyond our control.
